COURIER FEES AND DELIVERY TIMELINE

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website and include VAT, currently set at 15%.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. If your address is in a remote location, we will contact you with shipping options before your order is shipped if necessary. If you require overnight express, same day delivery, public holiday, Saturday delivery courier options please contact us for a quotation.

Orders will only be prepared for delivery after payment reflects in our bank account. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days maximum from dispatch depending on the courier terms and conditions and the destination. Should a product be out of stock, delivery may be 2-3 weeks dependent on availability.

COURIER INSURANCE AT OWN RISK

All items purchased from ____ (HEY EYEWEAR) ___ are bound to a courier shipping contract. Should your parcel get lost, stolen or damaged you will be held responsible if no insurance was taken out on your parcel and ____ (HEY EYEWEAR) ___ cannot be held responsible. The responsibility lies with our customer to request insurance on your parcel upon checkout to be added to your final amount.

PAYMENT VIA EFT

____ (HEY EYEWEAR) ___ will only process any online order once full payment reflects in our bank account. To make sure that there will not be any delay on your order please use the “clear immediately” payment option. Please use the relevant order numbers as per your recipient’s reference to avoid any delays. Please email proof of payment to ___ (INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS) as well. Screenshots and direct deposits do not qualify.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

You have the right to cancel within fourteen working days for most goods and services. This period runs from the day the contract was concluded for services, and from the day after the day of delivery for goods. If you are unsatisfied with the product purchased on our website it can be returned to our (INSERT RETAIL STORE NAME) branch for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.  Please note that products undergo a stringent quality check before the product is dispatched and we will never send a scratched product.

Exchanges or refunds a product will be accepted provided that:

  • The product is accompanied by a valid web invoice;
  • payment of the product has cleared;
  • It is within 14 days from the original date product was received;
  • It is in its original packaging, product is undamaged, unscratched, unworn and unused.
  • The product was returned to our (INSERT RETAIL STORE NAME) retail store at the customers own expense.

All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.

If you wish to return something that you purchased at our online store because the item you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at (INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS) before bringing the product into our retail store.

If the product was used for its intended purpose and design and in accordance with the product’s instructions and/or user manual and is found by the customer to be faulty, (INSERT RETAIL STORE NAME) will liaise with the supplier on behalf of the customer in terms of replacement, warranty or repair depending on the the terms and conditions of the suppliers return policies.

Proof of purchase is required. No refunds, repairs or exchanges will be given on purchases if the products were misused or damaged with purposely. There may be a courier cost to have certain products repaired. This cost will be for the customer’s account and will be quoted upfront. If the customer would like us to courier the repaired product back to them the cost involved would also be for the customer.
